Companies that do business with the state leave a public trail: awarded contracts, contract values, and their beneficial owners.

Two different records

Public procurement shows what a company won, from whom and for how much. The register of public sector partners shows who actually stands behind it, because entities trading with the state must disclose their beneficial owners.

Together they are the most complete public picture of ownership available in Slovakia, though only for the subset of companies that fall within their scope.

Where it is used

Beneficial owner data feeds KYB and anti-money-laundering checks. Procurement data serves competitive analysis and lead qualification: a supplier to the state has verifiable revenue.
