EU funds 2021 – 2027 (ITMS21+)
ITMS21+ is the information system through which the 2021 – 2027 EU funds are managed. Its OpenData API publishes who applied for a grant, who received one, how the project is progressing and whether the managing authority holds an irregularity or a receivable against the beneficiary.
What the register contains
- Projects where the company is the recipient, a partner or a supplier, with the contracted and the disbursed amount
- Grant applications (ŽoNFP) including rejected and excluded ones
- Irregularities and receivable documents held against the company as debtor, with the amount to recover and the amount recovered
- EU-funded procurement contracts, merged into the procurement summary
Fields we return
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| projects | Project count, total contracted and disbursed amounts, number of projects with a negative outcome and the 25 latest projects. |
| applications | Application count, approved and rejected, requested and approved grant amounts and the 25 latest applications. |
| irregularities | Irregularities and receivables with the total, recovered and outstanding amounts and the settlement status. |
| procurement | Number of EU-funded contracts and the sum of their value. |
What it is used for
An outstanding irregularity or receivable from EU funds is a direct signal that the company owes the state money from a grant – and that a clawback is coming.
A project excluded from funding or terminated early without contributing to its objectives tells you the beneficiary failed the grant conditions.
Rejected applications show which calls the company applied to and with what result – information the project register itself does not carry.
Frequently asked questions
How does ITMS21+ differ from ITMS2014+ and from the Central Project Register?
ITMS2014+ covers the closed 2014 – 2020 period and we return only its contracts. ITMS21+ covers 2021 – 2027 including applications and irregularities. The Central Project Register is a cross-source list of grants without implementation status or irregularities.
Why does a company have a project both in ITMS21+ and in CRP?
Because an EU-funded project is also recorded in CRP once the contract is signed. ITMS21+ adds implementation progress, disbursed funds and any irregularities.
