By accessing or using FirmAPI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

FirmAPI provides an API for accessing Slovak company data. You may use the API in accordance with your subscription plan and these terms.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Resell or redistribute the data without authorization

4. API Keys

You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Do not share your API keys or expose them in client-side code. If you believe your API key has been compromised, revoke it immediately.

5. Payment and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the pricing plan you select. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Limitation of Liability

FirmAPI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
