Social Insurance Agency debtors
The Social Insurance Agency publishes a list of entities in arrears on contributions. It is one of the strongest public signals of payment trouble, because contributions are a fixed monthly obligation – a company that stops paying them usually has nothing to pay from.

What it is used for
When deciding whether to supply on account, arrears on contributions are a warning sign. Combined with declining revenue from the financial statements, it is the picture of a company in difficulty.
In public procurement, being free of debt towards the Social Insurance Agency is a statutory condition of participation, so this check is part of supplier vetting.
Frequently asked questions
Does an empty response mean the company owes nothing?
It means it does not appear on the most recently published list. The lists have a threshold below which debt is not published, and they carry a monthly lag.
What if the list cannot be loaded?
We return an error, not an empty result. Claiming a company is clean when we never reached the data would be more dangerous than not answering.
