Email notifications
Not every change has to reach a system. An accountant, a lawyer or a sales rep often cares about a change at one specific company – and email is the right channel for that.
Monitoring companies
You add a company to your monitored list in the dashboard. From then on you receive notifications about changes to its details. The monitored list can also be managed through the API, so you can populate it from your own system.
What gets reported
Change of registered office, business name and legal form, changes in the statutory body and among shareholders, Commercial Journal entries, appearances in debtor lists, the opening of insolvency proceedings, changes in VAT registration, dissolution of the entity.
How this differs from webhooks
A webhook is for a system, a notification for a person. Both come from the same change detection and differ only in delivery. Most customers use both: webhooks for automated processing, email for the people who own a particular client portfolio.
Language and frequency
Notifications arrive in the account language, Slovak or English. Frequency and scope are configured in the dashboard – from immediate alerts to a digest.
Frequently asked questions
How many companies can I monitor?
It depends on the plan. The limit is stated for each plan in the pricing.
Can the monitored list be populated automatically?
Yes, through the API. A common pattern is to add a company to the monitored list the moment it becomes a client or a customer in your system.
